Is FC Stars for real or what? Keep an eye on this young team......

AC Montreal		FC Milan

AC Montreal vs. FC Milan field # 1 at 19:00 PM : AC Montreal won their game last week 5 to 2. They gave a real soccer lesson to Stracciatella. AC Montreal is one of the top 4 teams in the A Division. Their goal now is to get strong and get ready for the play offs. They are one of the most balanced teams in the A Division. Power forwards Marco Torrens scored 2 goals and one assist. FC Milan lost last week 6 to 2. It's good to see FC Milan getting all their players back in health, but now they will have to perfect from here to the end of the season and hope that FC Stars lose a couple of games in order for FC Milan to make the playoffs. FC Milan is at the bottom of the standings and believe me they are not a team to be in that position. With six points back from making the play-offs they will need all the help they could get. If they don't make the play offs Captain Steven Carrella will have to make some major changes in the team. Forward Mario Civitella scored 2 goals, he is the only offence that FC Milan is getting. Will FC Milan finally come together and give a final push to make the play-offs. If they want to show every one they are for real, this will be the time.
Prediction: AC Montreal by 3 goals.

Houston AB		Motta Flyers

Houston AB vs. Motta Flyers field # 2 at 19:00 PM : Houston won their game last week 6 to 2. Houston is cruising to finish in first place of the A Division. This team will be the team to beat for sure. The only thing that could make this team fall apart is the lack of discipline and the frustration that builds within the team. Captain Mario Fuocco and Marc Araish will have to keep their players under their best behavior. If they could play soccer they way they know how to play, they will get to the title. Motta Flyers lost their game last week 3 to 1. This looks like a team that is slowly slipping down in the standings. I don't know if they are comfortable with their position in the standings but it looks like a team that has allot of injured players. Goaltender, David Lonardi was superb last week. If he could keep up his good work and if he gets a bit of help from is offence, they will be a team to watch. Could they come up with the upset of the year? Could they do it?
Prediction : Houston AB by 3 goals.

Stracciatella		FC Stars

Stracciatella vs. FC Stars field # 3 at 19:00 PM : Stracciatella lost their game last week 5 to 2. Stracciatella was winning at a certain point. They looked like a team that did not know where they were going. I'm very disappointed at the way Stracciatella is playing right now. On top of that, they might have more bad news as goaltender Ralph Panetta got hurt. I don't know how severe the injury is. All I know is that Stracciatella better come together or else it will be a very fast exit for the summer 2011 champions. They will have a good test in front of them as they face the young and talented FC Stars. Talking about the FC Stars... they won their game last week 6 to 0. Despite a short bench, they stopped FC Azzurri's winning streak to 6. FC Stars could be the trouble team you don't want to play in the first round of the playoffs. They are loaded offensively and they have a very good goalie , Mike Laverso. Stracciatella could be in trouble here . Could FC Stars make is 3 in a row and beat a top team? Stay tuned, we will see this Sunday.

AC Milan		FC Mammola

AC Milan vs. Mammola FC field # 1 at 20:00 PM  : In the last game of the week, AC Milan which is only 3 point behind Houston AB won their game last week  3 to 1. AC Milan played a good game moving the ball and missing all kinds of chances. I think if I was counting the chances, the game would of been over before the first half. Thank God for the excellent performance of the goalie, David Lonardi of Motta Flyers. AC Milan is getting slowly ready for the playoffs. Captain Adriano D'ippolito's players are all coming back from injuries and they are ready. Mammola FC who had a week off last week is also getting ready for the playoffs. What a way to get ready by winning over AC Milan. That would be a boost for this team and I know they could do it. If they played together and if they tied their defence they will have a chance every week. Massimo Antonetti needs to keep the focus of his team on winning games until the end of the season .. Could he do it ? We will see. Could Mammola FC pull an upset? we will see this Sunday.
Prediction : AC Milan by 3 goals.

AC Milan		FC Blues

AC Milan vs. FC Blues field # 1 at 18:00 PM : AC Milan lost last week 3 to 2 against UF TD. AC Milan was caught sleeping at the beginning of the game and UF TD took advantage and scored two quick goals. Even though AC Milan fought back into the game, it was too late. I looked at the game and AC Milan looks like a team that doesn't play together. The forwards keep the ball too much instead of passing it around. As for the defence, they played too much in the back and they don't put enough pressure on the opposite team. Is looks like they don't play as a unit and that will probably cost them the first place and maybe the title if they don't get that fixed. FC Blues also lost last week 4 to 2 against Spani. FC Blues had their chance to win this game. It looks like as soon as FC Blues stops playing soccer for 5 minutes... that's when they get scored on and get in trouble. FC Blues needsto make sure they play a full 60 minutes of soccer, not 45, 35 minutes but 60 minutes of intense soccer. They have the tools to do it. I don't know if it's being lazy, or just not being ready but they will have to be ready next week as they face a team that will have a lot to prove next week.

UF TD		Rialto

UF TD vs. Rialto FC field # 2 at 18:00 PM : UF TD won their game last week 3 to 2 against  AC Milan. TD played a very good game, from start to finish. They took advantage of a team that was sleeping and not organised and they made them pay. That is the why UF TD is the # 1 team in the B Division. I saw forward Mario Fuocco score an amazing goal ...took the ball in the back and went around for AC Milan to score..that was beautiful. We could say that UF TD will finish first in the regular season. As for Rialto FC  they lost their game 2 to 1 last week. What is going on with Rialto FC? They could not put back to back wins. They have now lost 3 straight. Where is the offence of the black Machine? They will have to get ready to play soccer as they are facing the # 1team this week. Will this be an upset in the making or will UF TD just keep rolling over the team in the B Divisions.
Prediction : UF TD  by 3 goals.

Spani		Bayern Munchen

Moda Spani vs. Bayern Munchen field # 3 at 18:00 PM: This will be the game of the week? Moda Spani came out with a nice win last week 4 to 2. Their challenge this week is to win back to back wins as they never did this year. They will have to be ready and play soccer for 60 minutes. Their offence will have to be at their best and they will have to stop Bayern Munchen's. attack. As for Bayern Munchen, they also won their game last week 2 to 1. Like Spani  they will have to try to win back to back wins. Bayern is a team with a lot of talent but they don't play as a team. They have a team with a lot of experience but no one looks to take this team to the next level. Who will come on top? This will be a close and defensive game. This is a game that both teams need to win to build their confidence.
Prediction : Bayern Munchen by one goal.
